Russell J. Jacky of St. Paul, Minn. passed away on Aug. 17. He was 74.
Jacky was preceded in death by his father John Henry Jacky, mother Geraldine Clasen and brother Ronald Jacky. He is survived by his sister Darlene (Scott) Kelly, sister-in-law Julie Jacky, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Como Park Zoo.

Andrea Marie Maranda, née Polta, of St. Paul passed away peacefully on Aug. 15, at home surrounded by her family. She was 47.
Maranda was a Registered Nurse for 19 years, 13 of which were spent at University of Minnesota Physicians in Oncology. She finished her career as a Clinical Supervisor. She cared deeply for her team of nurses as they did her.
Maranda was preceded in death by her grandparents Ernest & Mary Ann Heroff and Edward & Sharyn Polta and sister-in-law Danielle Maranda.
She is survived by her husband Andy, son Ben, parents Paul and Peggy Polta, brother Luke Polta, sister Erica Polta, father and mother-in-law Bill and Tracy Maranda, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
Colleen Patricia Lofquist (1945 – 2026)
Colleen Patricia Lofquist of St. Paul passed away on Aug. 17. She was 81.
Lofquist is survived by her husband of 62 years, Don, children, Don Jr. (Tammie) and Julie (Jay), granddaughter Jamie and sister Judy.

Harlan D. Lemke of Shoreview, Minn., a beloved husband, father, stepfather, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away on Tuesday. He was 93.
Lemke was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed skiing, traveling, books and documentaries. He was also a proud Army veteran, having served during the Korean War.
Lemke was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Irene, brother Ralph, son Mark and grandson Jeremy. He is survived by his wife Deanna, children James, Nancy and Michael, stepchildren Brent, Andrea and Julie and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
