Give your garden a boost! Ramsey County residents can pick up free, locally-sourced compost at the Ramsey County Environmental Center on Saturday, May 2, while supplies last. Limit 3 bags per household.
Compost is a nutrient-rich soil amendment made from food scraps and yard waste.
This event is held in partnership with the Minnesota Composting Council.
Residents who pre-ordered a compost bin or rain barrel from the Recycling Association of Minnesota can also pick up their order at this event.
