DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Earth Day at the Ramsey County Environmental Center as the facility marks one year of operations! \n\n\n\nStaff and partners will share information about items accepted at the center and what happens to them after they are dropped off. Attendees can enjoy story time\, create their own upcycled craft and meet Murphy the Recycling Unicorn. Participants can sow native seeds to take them home to plant in their garden this summer.  \n\n\n\nAll are welcome to attend and enjoy refreshments for all or part of the day. SUMMARY:Free Compost Giveaway @ Ramsey County Environmental Center
DESCRIPTION:Give your garden a boost! Ramsey County residents can pick up free\, locally-sourced compost at the Ramsey County Environmental Center on Saturday\, May 2\, while supplies last. Limit 3 bags per household.  \n\n\n\nCompost is a nutrient-rich soil amendment made from food scraps and yard waste. \n\n\n\nThis event is held in partnership with the Minnesota Composting Council. \n\n\n\nResidents who pre-ordered a compost bin or rain barrel from the Recycling Association of Minnesota can also pick up their order at this event.

DESCRIPTION:Join us in the community room at the Ramsey County Environmental Center for an exciting community event focused on creating a more equitable climate future for Roseville!  \n\n\n\nThis in-person event will give you a chance to tell us which actions you want us to prioritize first to address climate change. A free meal and a kids’ activity table will be provided! \n\n\n\nThe City of Roseville has worked to develop its first Climate Equity Action Plan. Created with guidance from a collaborative\, multi-stakeholder Climate Justice Advisory Group and Staff Team\, the plan sets goals and identifies actions to advance greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and climate resilience efforts across both municipal operations and the broader community. It provides a roadmap to guide City efforts through 2036. \n\n\n\nWe want your input on the draft Roseville Climate Equity Action Plan! Draft plan review is open through 6/6/26.
