Shannon M. Kramlinger (1948-2026)

Shannon Mary Kramlinger, née Gibbons, of St. Paul, Minn. passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on May 6. She was 78.
Kramlinger was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. She truly cherished every moment she could with her loved ones right to the very end.
Shannon was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Thomas Kramlinger, son Thomas “Tommy”, parents Thomas and Rose Gibbons and siblings Rosemary Larson, Sr., Kathleen Gibbons OSF, Maryanne Gibbons, Elaine Ellsworth and Terrence Gibbons.
She is survived by her children Michael (Rachael) Kramlinger and LeAnne (Steve) Garcia, her ever-cherished grandchildren Devon, Jocelyn (Joey), Charisma, Sadiq, Gavin, Chloe, Avarie, Jestin and Willow, her great-grandchild, Keyvon, many other honorary grandchildren, her siblings Jackie (Ronnie) Reese, Patti (Bill) Suomala, Tommy Gibbons, Noreen (Dave) Hauer, Mike Gibbons and Mary Andermann, and sister-in-law Rita Gibbons.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 380 E. Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minn.. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, May 18 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home – Roseville and at the church from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will follow the mass at Roselawn Cemetery in Roseville.
Following the burial, a potluck luncheon will be held at Casey Lake Park facility (Indoor Pavilion), 2101 17th Ave. E., North Saint Paul, Minn.
Chueng Wa Lo (1939-2026)

Chueng Wa Lo of Eagan, Minn. passed away on May 8. She was 86.
“Throughout all of our journeys growing up, you gave us endless care and concern. No matter what difficulties arose, you always stepped forward and stood beside us. Thank you, our beloved mother. We truly love you.” — Lo’s sons, Guo Ai and Guo Yao Lo.
Lo was preceded in death by one of her sons. She is survived by Guo Ai and Guo Yao, her daughters-in-law and grandchildren.
A visitation will take place on Saturday, May 16 from 3-6 p.m. at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home — Roseville.
Dorothy D. Hiel (1931-2026)

Dorothy D. Hiel, née Stoehr, of Roseville passed away on Monday. She was 94.
Hiel was born in Jefferson City, Mo. on May 22, 1931, and raised during the Great Depression. She graduated from Jefferson City High School. She met the love of her life Donald, a Wisconsin farmer boy, at a Community Dance. After their first meeting, Donald did everything he can to come back to her from the Korean War as fast as he can. They married on June 20, 1953, and their love grew and so did their family. The values and love they instilled in their kids are immeasurable.
Hiel was preceded in death by Donald and their daughter Rhonda Sue Hiel.
She is survived by her children Roger, Rodney (Thusuong) and Grace Hiel, grandchildren Greg (Amber), Rachel, Kelly (Joel), Eric (Jaycee), Philana, Jessica (Landon) and Samantha, six great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Julia Heil.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. Thursday, May 21 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home — Roseville and 10-11 a.m. Friday, May 22 at Roselawn Cemetery Chapel, 803 W. Larpenteur Ave, Roseville, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
