Dennis J. Patsy (1951-2026)
Dennis John Patsy passed away peacefully on Feb. 21 with his children at his side. He was 75.
Patsy was born on Jan. 13, 1951 in St. Paul, Minn. to Emil and Delores Patsy. He left behind a legacy of hard work, love for his family and a kindness that will be remembered by all who knew him. He and his wife Nancy raised three children together.
Patsy is survived by his children Angela (Adam), Tony (Amy) and Katie (Joe) Patsy. He was a proud and devoted grandfather to his six grandchildren Emilyn, Hannah, Maddison, Brinley, Gavin and Olivia. He is also survived by his brother Thomas and sister Janice, as well as additional loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation to celebrate Patsy’s life will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 5 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home in Roseville.
Charles E. Huettl (1942-2026)
Charles Edward Huettl of Eden Prairie, Minn. passed away peacefully on Friday. He was 83.
Huettl was born on Oct. 6, 1942 to Charles P. and Caroline Esther (Johnson) Huettl. He graduated from St. Agnes High School in St. Paul, Minn. in 1960. He retired from the construction industry in 2007, at which time he took up golf and a lifetime of fitness.
Huettl was preceded in death by his parents and half-brother, Carroll Hermes.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn, daughters Toni, Kelley (Russ) Stafne and Tracy (Jimmy) Vassil, stepdaughter Kat Downs, brother Gary, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a niece and nephew and many cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 12 at The B-Dale Club, 2100 N. Dale St., Roseville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Agnes School, 530 Lafond Ave., St. Paul, 55103.
Allen J. Shepherd (1961-2026)
Allen J. Shepherd of St. Paul, Minn. passed away on Feb. 13. He was 64.
Shepherd was preceded in death by his parents John Shepherd and Beverly Hoff and nephew Rob Shepherd.
He is survived by his siblings Brad, Suzy (Jim) Olson and Angela (Glen) Senske, significant other Carmen Ewing, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
